These terms govern your use of the website at neonaudiollc.com, operated by Neon Audio LLC (“Neon Audio,” “we,” “us”), a Nevada limited liability company. By using the site, you agree to them.

Our content

The site itself — its design, text, artwork, logos, and demo audio — is owned by Neon Audio and protected by copyright. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse it without our permission.

Sound packs and licensing

Each sound pack is provided under the license that accompanies it or, where you buy it through a store (such as itch.io, Fab, Unity Asset Store, or GameDev Market), under that store’s license terms — which govern your use in that case. In general, our packs are royalty-free for use in your own projects, commercial or not. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the audio files as a standalone sound product, or make them available for others to extract. If you need a use that isn’t covered, email us and we’ll sort it out.

Custom work

Commissioned sound design is covered by the specific quote or agreement for that project, which controls where it differs from these terms.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site — including abusing the contact forms, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, or using it in violation of any law.

No warranty

The site and any free content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neon Audio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the item at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above will change when we do.
